We're still open - Lockdown 2.0 update

An update from the team following second UK Lockdown

Following the governments guidance and new Lockdown rules we are able to remain open and continue to deliver your Chocolates across the UK and Europe.

The entire team have worked so hard through the last 7 months to continue to provide the service expected and we will continue to do this with our new ways of working.

We've always put our staff and customers safety and health first and will continue to as we move forward, this includes extra space for Social Distancing, PPE that is comfortable & safe are just some of the steps we've taken.

Your deliveries are being made contact free by our couriers, but you will still have all the options of sending to another recipient, interactive tracking and the ability to manage your delivery. (We use DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail, it's highly recommended to download these couriers apps to give you full control of when you will receive your orders).

As always we hope you and your families stay safe moving into the Christmas period and beyond.
