We are open for business

To our loyal and supportive customers,

We would firstly like to thank you all for your continued purchases and support, during the recent times. We hope that you and your families are safe & healthy and our thoughts are with all those that have been affected so far.

With the fast moving nature of the Covid-19 pandemic, Chocolates Direct are currently still open for business, but we are now working with the very minimum amount of personnel possible, this means that we currently only have the family in the premises.

We are working to the very letter of the governments advice in regards to social distancing and cleanliness. As a food business we have always followed strict standards, but we have introduced new measures to help avoid any spread of the virus.

As we are now working with significantly reduced numbers we will be turning off our express shipping service and only use a 3-5 day service, in some instances you may find that your order arrives sooner, but please do allow additional time for your order to arrive with you.

Our couriers are now all advising that they are using contactless deliveries, this means they will place your order on your doorstep, ring or knock at your door and step away. They will also sign for your parcel, some may take a picture of the parcel at the doorway to show it has been delivered.
