COVID-19 update from Chocolates Direct

We're still here and it's business as usual

We want to let our customers know that we always follow strict food safety standards, but with everything going on we are making sure that extra precautions are being taken. Our team have added extra measures to our usual procedures, to protect our staff and customers following the UK health departments guidance.

This does mean that it may take us a little longer to get your order on its way, but we are trying our hardest to keep our usual service on track.

You might find that our friendly couriers may prefer to leave a parcel on your doorstep or not take a signature on delivery, please understand that this is for everyone’s safety.

We have been in constant communication with our couriers, who are managing a significant added strain on their networks. Along with increased shipments they are operating with a much decreased work force.
