Peter Fazer the grandson of the founder Karl Fazer, really enjoyed the taste of the Japonica-Pastry in the Fazer Cafe in Helsinki, Finland. He asked his development chefs to work with a Japonais filling together with his excellent milk chocolate and a classic was born.
