Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email or text message from our courier giving you an hour time slot in which your goods will be delivered. You will also receive a consignment number which you can use to track every movement of your delivery.

How should I store chocolate?
Chocolate are best stored in cool dry ambient conditions (12-18°c) away from odorous material and direct sunlight or heat. Changes in the storage temperature are not recommended, as they will affect both the flavour and the life of the chocolate.

Can Chocolates Direct ship to USA, Canada, Australia or Asia?
Unfortunately Chocolates Direct does not ship orders outside the EU. This is mainly because we can not guarantee the conditions during transit and therefore the condition and quality on arrival. We have also found that the cost of shipping outweighs the value of the goods.
